psp 7 program:
1. opened a photo of Judith Vittet in the role of Miette in the movie The city of lost children and another picture of the eiffel tower and building.
2. removed background of Miette and replaced it with picture of eiffel tower/building, added the top part of her head, as it was cropped off of original picture. merged layers
3. selected each eye separately and promoted each to it's own layer. then resized them, making them larger by 50%.
4. smoothed, smudged, softened wherever anything met together till it looked right. used effects, noise, edge preserving smooth set on 30 - 5 times.
5. used paint engine filter brushstrokes
6. saved and closed
Microsoft picture it program:
1. opened saved picture
2. effects, illusions, fresco
3. effects, illusions, dry brush
4. added mask, wavy torn paper with a black edge
5. added black border
6. added text with a drop shadow
7. save and close.

Sukku, I don't know Keane's work (so maybe I shouldn't comment), but I know what I like and I think this is great. The eyes are enlarged but fit perfectly with the rest of the face. I also like the muted background with the colorful girl. The only thing, maybe the top of the hair could be softened a little or something so it doesn't look pasted on. Great job!
