Used Blur tool on hair.
Selected face placed on seperate layer and blurred.
Applied mask and brought eyes, nose and mouth through.
Used blur tool using all layers to texture face.
Drew blue and pink frames.
Applied noise to them both.
Applied Crystalise?
Drop shadow on blue
Bevel/emboss to pink.
Applied masks and cut for hand.
