I first copied the background layer. Copied the Red Channel and pasted on the duplicated background channel. Cropped. Levels Adjustment Layer next, D&S, Neat Image, Curves Adjustment Layer and made a slight "S"curve. Used the Marquee Toll to cover large problems in the background. Use Heal and Clone layers, Empty Softlight, Color Dodge, Color Burn, Overlay Blending mode layers. I found the left arm and left leg the biggest problem
