Made a selection of the skater. Used Intellihance pro to sharpen the image. Duplicated the image and filled with black and placed behind original for shadow (lots of GBlur). Duplicated the sakter again and ran Eye Candy Flames filter and a slight GBlur. Added Text behind the flame layer so that just some tips would effect the text.
