Thank you mlgates99,
I hope this works better with sizing.
First I took care of the blue color and then selected different parts of the photo and color correct them, and increase the contrast. I also use the burn tool to get some detail in the face.

Fine work Juliana,
Everyone got rid of the blue, but the little fellows
eyes, nose and mouth were a blurred mess.
I like the way you have added detail to the face.
