I first did a multiply layer to bring out details. Then a hue/sat. adjustment layer with mask to color. Cloning layer to fix things Another multiply layer just on the eyes Gaussian blue on the colorized skin layer. Paint layer for eyebrows.

Nice soft color. You also were able to bring back details that are barely there. Well done.
