First desaturated, used several layer's modes and added the closest skin coloring I could make. The eyes were something else !! Used a real photo of an eye but very little was left with so much blurring and resizing I had to do, the hair is from a model of a free stock photo, I selected the left side and almost all of the forehead and blurred at 12,3 to remove the stone streaks and bumps. The background glimpsed over her left shoulder is also from a free stock picture. Hope it is acceptable and please PM for any additional info you may want to have. Great challenge !
