Nothing too unusual here. Just getting practice with careful selections and hue/saturation adjustments.
I wanted the wood to remain uncolored. I hope it looks somewhat natural. I didn't like that the old guy had black holes for eyes, so I used the dodge tool to lighten up the whites of his eyes and painted on tiny catch lights. This is probably imperceptible.
