I wanted the wood to remain uncolored. I hope it looks somewhat natural. I didn't like that the old guy had black holes for eyes, so I used the dodge tool to lighten up the whites of his eyes and painted on tiny catch lights. This is probably imperceptible.

Great color. It looks very natural and still keeps a vintage look.

Really lovely freddieanne - I love the subdued colours washed out look. Very real, but artistically moody as well.
