This was a really quick job - just curious what I could do without much effort.
Replaced the Red with the Green channel, and raised contrast and dropped brightness on that channel.
Auto levels, then adjusted colours manually to increase blue etc. (Can't remember exactly now!)
USM on whole picture, gaussian blur on water to remove jpg artifacting.
