Duplicate layer, Crop at angle.
Background- changed color, selected color from portion of her eye and used that as color.
Changed colors in outfit to match.
Face- Enlarged eyes,sharpened, whitened added eyelashes, catch lights and eyeshadow. Whitened teeth, sharpened,made slightly larger,added fourth tooth to bottom row.
Skin- removed blemishes and added color to cheeks, reshaped mouth (closed it a bit)
gaussian blurred the skin a bit
i think thats it...first time submitting, no idea if im doing this right.

You have enhanced the color very nicely, and the skin look real natural. The only thing that bothers me is that the eyes look a little too made up for the toddlers age.

Now my 2 cents...the challenge said "Glamour baby" so as far as the "too made up" or "a baby should be a baby" I am guessing they did not read the challenge and simply looked at the photo. Great job! I interpreted it the way you did for Glamour - such as a pageant photo. Again great retouching job!
