This is thecritical one. Personally I prefer Matt?s restoration, I try to do some thing!
First make auto contrast and some adjustment, then I apply Blur Filtered necessary amount , then use some smudge tool to get some skin smoothness and apply Flora?s
Texture removing technique too.

Top restoration work Chanchalbd,
I like your work in the facial area.
You have retained the look of the girl in the original.
The background behind the girl is grainy and unattractive.
I think another old background would enhance your restoration.
Not a smooth modern background.
But a good one with a few cracks and stains that looks early 1900s.
What do you think Chanchalbd?
Matt

Thanks Matt, for your kind comments, Matt I?m self learned photo restorer, we have not enough facilities to learn Photoshop or restoration briefly. I try every thing by my self and take help from web tutorial. Again thanks Matt, and I?m waiting to hair from you.

Very careful, and faithful restoration. Agree with Matt about the great job you did on the facial features.
