Dreamy Jen, i used the quick layer mask and a high 61.5 Gaussian blur, then i then inverted my selection and reduced the opacity to get the effect you see. i then used photo filter ( Warming filter) to change the colour, i did so much it is a bit hard to explain.

Her facial features look very good.
I'm not sure if it's my monitor or not, but I see a good deal of pixelization around her outline. A softer blend on that might be better.
Other than that, good work.
