I hope I followed the guidelines given for this pic.
I tried to make it seem as if her hair was still real rather than cut out and left a few loose strands. Other than that, it was a basic retouch with a slight smoothing of the skin, teeth brightening, and a highlight on the eyes. I tried also to remove some of the yellow cast without making her look washed out. Makeup and touchup makeup was kept to a bare minimum so as to preserve the naturalness of the original photo.

She looks great.
Those strands of hair on the shadow side avoid that cut out look.

I prefer natural. What is the factor that drives touch-up folks to create mannequin-like images? I suppose it's all in the eye of the beholder; it's all subjective.
