This is my first post here, so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I retouched the photo working from the outside in, leaving the large scratches for last, cloning every blemish in sight. After I fixed all the spots, I changed the color balance and contrast. The lady still looks a little scary, but I tried to add shadows and noise to soften her features. I added some texture to the man's jacket as I had flattened it too much. I used some color wash filters to try to take some of the green out. The door I lightened as it was too gray. I decided not to move items around, sticking to just trying to restore the picture. I used a more limited program as I don't have Photoshop. Used what I have which is Photo Impact.

Fine work fortemac,
It's good to see a Photo Impact retouch.
Great job correcting the colors and removing scratches.
You wouldn't know this photo had been damaged.
Good work on the wedding cake.
I think I see a magenta cast in your retouch.
This often occurs when you reduce green.
