She looks like she's laying in the grass outside and looking up at the stars. So, I wanted to make this picture look sort of 'dreamy'. I didn't have enough time to finish it so I hope it looks okay!

Let's see. With the brush tool (and my lovely graphics tablet), I drew in some eyebrows, more eyelashes, and a liquidy eyeliner. I smoothed out her skin using the Gaussian blur. I made her eyes look brighter and added little stars. Changed her lip color with selective color and color balance. I wanted to go for a natural look. I added a starry background and some more blurring!

Very cool dreamy look.

Very nice SOFTNESS in the image. Did you use a spotlight also???

Never thought of using glints in eyes - but it looks nice.

I like this--it's very nice. Sort of a photo studio look.

Very nicely done, not over the top.
Soft but not overdone.
Great tones.

Luv it! Thanks! I'm just a newbie in this community. I do landscape and animal photography as a hobby and people always praise my shots so I'm taking it to the next level by immersing my self into portraiture.
