Man this was hard...
the first thing I did was break the picture into pieces along tears and wrinkles to minimize distortion, then did alot of stamping and airbrushing , copied parts to create missing parts, took out the background completely and created a new one. I know my work on this wasn't very smooth and I didn't do as much as I could but after about four hours I figured I was done with this one.
