First time to this site, very cool stuff.
1) Slight Hue/Sat move to neutralize
2) Reduce Noise filter to soften and reduce some of the noise and artifacting.
3) Used the Cloning and Healing Brush to restore.
I could've spent many more hours on this, playing with the color, contrast, detail but since this is my first time, I figured I'll have plenty of more things to do. Was alot of fun.
