I keep coming back to this one, but have never been happy with the results so didn't post. Then I came across the Akvis Colouriage plugin and tried again.
I know the colour scheme is all wrong but Its not that bad.
I only did minimal clone and heal with this one, the recolour was the big job.
I may revisit this again sometime.
