I added 4 adjustment layers. From the bottom up:

Channel Mixer, output to red channel, input Green 94, Blue -10

Levels, heightened contrast channel by channel (by bringing highlight and shadow sliders in to the edges of each histogram)

Selective Color, adjusted the Yellows as follows: Cyan-100, Black 47

Hue/Saturation, adjusted Blues as follows: Saturation -20, Lightness -81

Then I converted to Lab and sharpened the L channel.

Thanks, Lance, and thanks for your Gimp notes as well!

I find I'm a big fan of the "Selective Color" adjustment in Photoshop...used it here to bring more reds into the yellows, which is what gave the sea floor that nice rich earthy color.

nice! i like it. I don't think all the green should have been gotten rid of completely though, its a beautiful color. But still, Great job!
