Very pretty young lady! I love this type of work. She needed very little, mostly just some color correction:
Layers--color correct (too blue)
reduce color saturation of lipstick
fix missing spot of lipstick
removed just a few freckles
cleaned mascara
sharpened all
just a little selective gausian blur
