My first challenge on this site and had a great time doing it.
1. Duplicate original
2. Used Curves to add contrast
3. Cloned out defects
4. Copied right eye to left eye and used curves until it looked right
5. Did the same with the arm
6. To match the fixed arm with the uniform I used an Overlay layer, filled with 50% grey and grouped with the arm layer and painted in this layer with various opacity white and black.
7. Made a merged copy to a new layer and used dust and scratches filter
8. Lowered the opacity of this layer until a little of the texture showed through
9. Used high pass to sharpen with an edge mask.
10. Used a layer with colour blend mode filled with orange-brown and lowered opacity to give picture old look.
