Whew
this was a lot tougher than it appeared it would be. Even if I had written down all the steps, I don't think it would have allowed me a post that long! all the different areas, hair clothes skin etc were done on separate color blend layers, when I had the colors close to where I liked them I then worked on a merged copy blending, smuging, coloring recoloring lol
One of my biggest weaknesses in doing this type of thing is hair, I read the tuts and have downloaded umpteen brushes for hair, but I can never make it realistic. Guess that's what these challenges do though, they help us learn

Thanks Peth and sukku!
It was either sheer luck or willpower that I got the skin looking like that! I did spend a bit of time on it, a whole lot of redos I should have spent a little more time on the eys though, they're not quite right.

Her skin is really pretty and smooth. Great job.
The shadows below her lips are a little hard-edged considering how smooth the rest of her features are. You might want to consider playing with that.
I had some trouble with the eyes too lol. The main problem with your eyes is that they do not have much, if any, shadow. They seem flat. I would put some shadow underneath her eyelid, and maybe some shadow at the ends of her eyes to round them out.
Feel free to take a look at what I did to get an idea on how to go about shadowing the eyes.
She seems a bit cockeyed - but you may not notice that her eyes are not quite right if you flesh out the shadows.
Or maybe the fact that her eyes aren't perfectly straight will give her some added personality.
Other than a bit of trouble with the eyes, your challege is very well done.
I hope my suggestion helps.
