This is my first try in these challenges, any suggestions are wellcome!
Here's what I did (I am sorry if something is not by the rules, please warn me because I am new here):
*used clone brush and scratch remover to clean the face a bit and to remove hard shadows
*added some hair from another picture
*darkened the eyebrows
*added some saturation to eyes
*sharpened the eyes, lips and eyebrows
*made colors warmer
*adjusted gamma

This is absolutely beautiful !!! I can't quite decide what it is that makes this picture "grab" my attention....... I love the play of light against the darks ... excellent.
