Removed background using extract filter and eraser. Added flowers in the background.
Eyes:
Used free transform and liquify. Used clone brush to fill in the iris and then painted in a new pupil and highlights. Used the sponge tool to add saturation to the iris.
Applied a combination of the paint dabs and dry brush filter and then layered that over a watercolor layer.
