All the images here were from stock photos.
The bass guitar fretboard was copied and then resized,distorted and rotated with Free Transform.
The falling figure was already slightly blurred but I applied Motion and Radial Blur on duplicate Layers.
The background was the ol' Wood Pattern treated with Lighting Effects.
Added the necessary Drop Shadows.
The text was dodged and burned and Plastic Wrap applied.
