First I applied a little Smart Sharpen to bring out a few more details.
Then created an Alpha channel and applied a radial gradient.
Then used Lens blur and used the Alpha channel as a depth mask centring on the figure in the middle, adjusted the blur radius a little.
The rest is history, I think it came out OK but I'm not an expert on DOF.
