Well, I did a lot of different things on this one.
Started with levels adjustment layer.
Masked the background and did a separate levels adjustment layer.
Added a color balance layer to bring the color into something human (or kind of)
Masked the skin and did a color balance layer.
Masked her arm and added a couple of airbrushed layers to give it shape.
Used the clone, healing brush, copied sections with feathered selections to repair the mess at the bottom.
Masked her blouse and added a color balance adjustment layer.
Used airbrush set to color to correct some of the color problems.
Used the pattern maker to create textures to match the texture of the print, used the healing brush to apply to the arm, grass carpet thing, his coat, etc.
Did a little work on his coat cloning, and healing brush, got tired and quit before completing the bottom right.
I think it came out pretty well, but the skin tones aren't quite right.
I tried to keep the background and the foreground "together" by not over correcting either. I wanted to unify the image.
