In this image I wanted to keep a lot of her skin texture and color and just brighten her up a little and add some more 'sexy' makeup and get add some warmth.
Adjusted color and levels.
Did some touchup work to remove blemishes and added a guassian blur layer.
Added eye makeup and blush.
Leveled the brightness throughout the face.
Fixed a slight color inconsistancy at the roots of her hair.
