beauty is in the eyes of the beholder
1-Created a new layer, painted over the hair (violet) with a ver big and soft brush then blended color,masked it and turned down the opasity at 49%
2- Cloned the freakles away
3- Created a new layer with just her face (Skin) selected the same portion in the layer below, Glassian Blur. Then blended the upper layer and made the skin tone lighter with levels.
4- Copy the original layer eyes and turn the contrast up a little. Remove the red spots in both eyes.
5- Copyed the lips and pasted them in a new layer, play with the saturation until they convined with the hair, then delign them.
6- Copyed the face skin in to a new layer an made it even lighter.
7- changed the make up of her eyes with the burn tool
8- Sharpen mouth
9- New layer for the color of her eyes, some gren tone and blended
