Red-eye reduction
Adjusting curves and levels to get a good start
Hiding spots in a layer using healing brush
Hiding wrinkles in a layer using healing brush
Hue/Sat layer for whitening teeth
Merger layer
Layer with copied eyes, feathered selection 50px -> unsharp mask
Layer with white blurred to lighten up highligths and under eyes
Layer with black blurred to even out complexion where it shouldnt glow
Surface blur layer for the skin to be smooth
Solid color tanning layer for the upper chest to match face
Pattern layer with mask to change background
A run through variations to get a good white balance
