Just some slight improvements (as the photo doesn't need many)
Hair - I made hair color more vivid and fixed the roots + added a touch of color to the eyebrows through a layer with soft light blending mode.
Eyes - I dogded the whites of the eyes, added some saturation to the iris, enlarged the pupils slightly. Added some lashes (painted them on a new layer a blurred a little).
Lips - Changed shade through hue/saturation mask to better match the hair, slightly smoothed them with a soft smudge tool.
Skin - Nothing much to do there, cloned over some very fine wrinkles. I love freckles, so I brought them out a bit with the burn tool. Added a bit of color to the cheeks.
Well, that's about all... I also removed the shadow under the nose, shaped the face with some highlights and shadows and made the jaw a little bit more sharp using liquify.
