lovely eyes and smile. Also added a very small amount of eye shadow. Used Liquid Mask and replaced original background with a new digital one.

This is nice...she looks comfortable, yet still professional. I like the fact that the background colors sort of mirror the skin tones of her face. Although you might want to make the skin tones in her face a bit less "orangy" and also make her neck and chest closer to color of her face (or vice versa). Sort of blend the skin tones so that she doesn't look like she's wearing stage makeup on her face.
