Took the original picture from the archive.

http://www.retouchpro.com/archive/sh.../cat/1/page/24

1) Copied the table from the left hand side into a new layer

2) Cloned out the table from the left and the lower half of the mans legs.

3) Pasted the lower half of the table back in to replace the legs.

4) Flattened the image and converted to CMYK

5) Added the colour with curve adjustment layers
