select triangle pieces from flower with polygonal lasso tool and paste them to separate layers so they can be arranged. then merge the layers. that made up the background collage. take a copy of a pie shaped piece of this collage and paste it to another layer. copy that piece(alt drag the layer). rotate it from the other piece using the center tip as your pivit point. keep this up until you have the kaleidoscope circle completed. Merge all these layers. place the kaleidscope on top of the collage and make it small enough for the collage to show. Crop with elliptical marquee tool. green background is just white filled layer and green applied in layer effects
