I could do some much on this, but i think, slowed it in time too much already.
Basicly at the actual retouching i was paint the whole bitmap almost pixel by pixel. I was hoping to preserve the kind look of the woman but in the end it lokks a little beat frightning.

This was a badly damaged photo.
