First of all I found the picture of my daughter, then…. well I have changed it completely. I copied the eyes on the new layer made them much bigger, added some eyelashes.
Then I painted a new hear with hair brush added flower. Changed the color of hear and dress, added some color to the face, eyes and skin.
Then I just have experimented with different filters. As far as I remember I used paint daubs filter and colored pencil on top. I tried to make it look like one of the Keane mixed media drawings.
