I removed wrinkles, spots and blotches (mascara) and blurred the skin. Gave the outgrow of her hair the same colour as the rest. Entesified the blue of her eyes. Darkend the eyelashes. Made the backround black to give more attention to the model. And played around with levels to give more constrast.
