not as simple as it first appeared.
Removed blemishes with healing brush.
Adjusted colour to get the skin tone I wanted, this seems to have turned it into an Autumn shot.Sharpened and removed noise created. This gave too smooth a finish so added a grain layer and faded to suit.

Peter, you certainly smoooothed her skin. I hadn't noticed how distracting the bkgrnd was in my rendition until I looked at a cropped shot (which really helped the look of the image) -- I fear that the background in this image suffers from the overall processing. But her skin is smoooooth!
