for sky: hue and saturation(to desaturate), levels with clouds, level with multiply.
the snow effect with channel mixer and a little diffuse glow.
i tryed to make a little "tornado" with brush, twirl and liquify(all mask ) if someone have some suggestions...thanks!
Very nice. I like the infarred effect as well. Good choice on the weather too, the sky was such a bugger to make due with, but in nasty weather it works. Well done.
