-Oversaturated the image and drew a mask over the areas that still had sephia (stain?) tone.

-Adjusted Levels to bring out details as best as possible

-Adjusted the Sephia tones to match the rest of the photo.

-Dodge Burned details on the wedding party

-Cloned and Healed out the damage

-Imported shoes for the fellow on the left

Oh yeah, the guy sitting down on the right reminds me of Conan O'Brian!

Excellent work, Guy. I would have liked to see you take care of the peripheral damage, but you did a very nice job on the important parts.

Seated Guy does look like Conan O'Brian, but I've never seen Conan looking so sour!

Maybe he is PO'd because his wife/sister made him sit, while she stood over him authoritatively? Thanks for the comment Carole.

Nice work, but I agree that the peripheral damage would have been easy to fix. The people are the tough part for me!

You did get detail in the faces really well. I'm not over concerned with the outer edges. You did a great job. If you took it one step further and removed the green cast I think it would be a really excellent rendition. Nice work. Great work with the guys shoe also. Don't you just have to love the woman's shoe on the right? Very snazzy with that big bow.
