Tha image was cleaned using photoshop´s healing brush tool and was manepulated too using level and curves. These techniques were used trying to improve the iluminaton and sharpness. The image was painted in layers using hue/saturation tools and a mask was added to boost picture quality.

Well done carlosob - did you copy and paste the right shoe? I found it to be a big problem.

Nice coloring job. To me, that is a step beyond restoration. Sure can add some punch to an old photo. Not crazy about the border, but that's just me.

Nice re-interpretation. I agree with Dave.Cox, the color does add punch and is done well. Detail seems blurred out though. One nit-pick, of no great importance - in that time period, the automobile would have likely been black, not blue.

Good work Carlslob,
This photo was blurred and murky.
I like your use of color.
Blurring the lower background make it less distracting.

Really nice. Great job with the colors. I like the frame real well. Not to oppose Dave but I think it adds a nice touch and suits the blurred parts.
Again for car color I agree with lurch, when they were blue they leaned towards a deep blue. At least that's my memories of them. giggle....
