Thanks, irishgirlkc.
Created in Photoshop CS
witch
earring
background
Original witch image noisy, so added noise to new face – adjusted colours
using colour balance, hue saturation, and brightness/contrast layers.
Made “witchy”:
Longer chin - enlarged original chin; blended with face
Copied eyebrows, pasted closer to eyes, painted over to thicken
Hooked bridge of nose with cut and paste from cheek
Nose tip copied, placed lower
Nostril wings copied, placed wider
Mouth corners copied, placed upside down
Added painted warts, recoloured eyes, teeth, skin, etc.
Resulting witch image duplicated – top layer set to colour burn, 52 % opacity; merged with first witch image.
Masked around witch edges to blend in/soften edges against background – low opacity brush.
Glow behind witch = separate coloured layer; blurred
Bright edges around witch - toned down with dark paint, reduced opacity
Witch layer, glow layer, and background layer – flattened.
Further layer, photo filter set to 100% underwater, luminosity off; layer opacity adjusted.
Final image flattened.
