Instant fix first up, then turn the picture to BW. Then a whole lot of cloning.
Then to colorize i just kept adding layers, Kept the BW on the clipboard so i could keep pasting layers then giving them a color close to what i wanted then erasing the top layer to show the color layer, Then adjusting the hue saturation on the bottom layer to suit.
merging and pasting as i went.
P.S. somewhere along the line it got too much contrast and i hadn't saved my work.
