>HSL layer. Set blue to Hue -21 and Sat -11
>Curves layer with gradient mask to darken 2nd diver
>copied original to a new layer. Opacity to 10%
>light orange color layer for divers legs. Color mode, Opacity 70
>Merge all copy to a new layer. High pass filter. Set to Overlay mode and mask with a radial gradient.
