Obviously this is already a beautiful photo, so i decided to just have fun...
* twirled eyes in liquify for a more exotic look
* increased smile in liquify
* made a more angualr jaw line in liquify
* sharpened pupils with smart sharpen (I think it was about 400 at .3 pixels)
*used a stroke paths trick for eye makeup that I saw in a forum here.
* copied bright hair to a new layer, high pass filter, then applied the layer in overlay mode, for a sharpening effect

I forgot to mention that I copied freckles from the right side of the image to the left.
