Opened image in Photoimpact v6 and flipped
1.Lassoed out rifle,hunters head,left arm and part of his neck and back.
2.Rotated head to its position
" arm "
" rifle "
" back "
3.Selected color with eyedropper and faked in a forarm and hand.
4.Added a sky ...changed to greyscale...erased along skyline
5.Added a goat and erased its bg.
6.Draw tool...created some 3 d shapes... added a rock effect
7.Did some erasing...merged... changed to 800px... and saved at 60%

Wow! You really did a lot of work! Nice result, though. The ram looks surprised and doomed...poor thing. No fair giving the hunter all those rocks to hide behind!

A striking looking image, and well done, but surely what you have done comes more under the Photo-manipulation or even re-touch genre.
Since you went to the extent that you did, you have good light on every subject but him, his clothing would have far more detail than you have shown

As usual VERY creative!! I like it Hope your hunter doesn't get buck (ram) fever and go tumbling down the rocks, then he may become the target (wink). Very nice
