-Cropped to make the roses secondary focal point.
-White eyedropper for highlight neutral.
-Light Clone on face to a separate layer with “sample all layers” checked.
-De-emphasised the chin blemish/beauty mark, but left in tact by choice.
-Increased density and filled out eyebrows with paint and an area selection on a new layer set to Multiply.
-Eye line and lash enhancement with paint, gausian blur and opacity.
-Sharpened and brightened the eyes a bit (lost some of that in the reduction).
-Desaturated the yellow out of the teeth.
-Slightly darkened lips using a low opacity black brush on a (soft light) layer.
-Darkened the hair in spots for body and cloned out some flyaways.
-Masked a really weak Noise/Median filter and painted white to soften skin just a hair.
-Sharpened hair, facial features and ear jewelry.
-Desaturated the green behind and darkened the roses up a bit to help contrast with the main subject.
And…if it looks like nothing has been artificially altered, I’ve done my job!!!
