Not much to tell here!
Lightened her skin tone, defined her eyes, added some eylashes..diffused glow
removed everything else
copied her face onto belle.
some blurring and image adjustments to make pigments match.
liquify to get jaw line corrected.
added a little more makeup
and voila!
she's BELLE
