This was fun. I'm not really an artistic type of person, but playing with Photoshop is the digital equivalant of fingerpainting.
I started with a black and white Fibers layer, then rendered some RGB lights on top of that. I also copied the lights onto a few Difference layers to get some other colors. I distorted it with Polar Coordinates, did some cleaning up, and... that's about it, I guess.
