Well, I didn't really see much room for improvement, so I just played around.
Using advice from others' posts, I used adjustment layers for hue/saturation, brightness, etc.
Usually I just use a brush to do that, or go to Image > Adjustments, but I liked using the adjustment layers a lot more.
I also added makeup on a transparent layer and applied gausian blur.
Also used burn and dodge tool to lighten lips and darken eyes.
I smoothed out the hair and then added wisps with a smudge tool.
Any pointers are appreciated!
